Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how Peaceism Outreach Hub / AI Director (“the App”) collects and uses personal data. The App supports outreach and draft workflows for organizations in the SAMYCNCO International Group ecosystem (Saudi • Malaysian • Chinese International Group), including brands such as Peaceism, SAMYCNCO, WMIEC, and World Peace Development.
SAMYCNCO is a Saudi-based international investment, industrial development, technology, infrastructure, trade, and strategic partnership group connecting opportunities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with manufacturers, investors, technologies, and markets worldwide (including China, Malaysia, the GCC, MENA, OIC countries, Africa, Asia, and other international markets).

Malaysian company registry listings also reference SAMYCNCO INTERNATIONAL SDN. BHD. (local company; registration details appear in public Malaysian company directories). Operational notices for the App may be sent to sacnco143@gmail.com. A single registered controller name, Saudi CR number, or counsel-only clause is optional for launch and may be added later without blocking store publication of this Policy.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: email address, display name, password hash (not plaintext), optional wallet address, organization membership and role.
- App activity: AI draft requests (objective text, mode, delivery channel, languages), approval actions, feedback grades, and audit/risk event metadata. Full prompts and model outputs are not retained as long-term marketing logs beyond draft workflow needs.
- Integrations: if Gmail OAuth is connected, encrypted refresh tokens and connected Google email for draft/send workflow under organization policy.
- Device / session: session tokens (web cookie or mobile SecureStore), IP address for rate limiting and security, CSRF tokens.
- Attachments: images/PDFs uploaded with a draft request are processed ephemerally for that request and are not durably stored in v1.
3. How we use data
- Authenticate you and authorize organization access.
- Generate human-reviewed outreach drafts (email and social) via server-side LLM providers (OpenRouter and upstream model providers), grounded in approved organization knowledge where configured.
- Enforce rate limits, usage budgets, security controls, and audit requirements.
- Operate Gmail draft/send only after explicit human approval where enabled.
- Support Vision 2030–aligned business outreach themes (investment, industry, localization, technology transfer) as described in company materials — without inventing government endorsements.
4. Third parties
LLM inference and optional web search may be processed by OpenRouter and its upstream providers under our server configuration. We do not sell personal data. Hosting infrastructure (VPS, PostgreSQL, Redis) processes data under operator control. Social platforms are not auto-published to in Phase 1; drafts remain for human review.
5. Retention
Account and workflow records are retained while your account is active and as required for security/audit. You may request account deletion in-app; personal identifiers are anonymized and sessions revoked. Organizational draft history may remain for audit with anonymized authorship.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including Saudi PDPL and other local privacy rules where relevant), you may access, correct, or delete your account data. Use in-app Delete account or email sacnco143@gmail.com (or Info@peaceism.org for general brand inquiries).
7. Children
The App is not directed to children under 16 and is intended for business and institutional users.
8. International transfers
Because the ecosystem operates across Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, China, Thailand, and other markets, data may be processed in the country where our hosting and AI providers operate. We apply contractual and technical controls appropriate to the App’s security design (encryption of secrets, RLS, rate limits, access controls).
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date and version above will change. Material changes will be reflected in the App and store listings when published.
